Vi får – forståeligt nok – mange spørgsmål i disse dage om, hvordan vi håndterer fraflytningssyn i lyset af coronavirus.

Vi afholder fortsat fraflytningssyn efter planen, dog med en række forbehold:

• Vi møder dig/jer uden for opgangen eller rækkehuset
• Vi giver ikke hånd og holder generelt 1-2 meters afstand. Det er ikke et udtryk for uhøflighed, men blot for at være på den sikre side
• Hvis du er syg/udviser tegn på hoste, feber eller influenzalignende symptomer, kan du ikke deltage i selve synet, men bedes vente udenfor

Selve fraflytningsrapporten modtager du med e-mail lige efter synet.
Vi håber på din forståelse og samarbejde – Og at du vil kontakte os for at aftale en ny tid, hvis nogen i husstanden bliver syge med influenzalignende symptomer som fx hoste, åndenød og feber forud for fraflytningssynet.

These days we receive a lot of questions about how we handle the situation with residents moving out of their rentals in the light of the coronavirus.
For your information, we will continue with our move-out inspections; however, we have taken some precautions due to the corona situation:

• We will meet you outside, at the front door or entrance to the building
• We do not shake hands and we generally keep a distance of 1-2 meters. It is not a sign of disrespect, but a precaution we take to make sure that we stay on the safe side
• If you are feeling ill/show signs of cough, fever or flu-like symptoms, you cannot attend the inspection but will have to wait outside

You will receive the move-out report by email right after the inspection.
We hope for your understanding and cooperation - And that you will contact us to make a new appointment if someone in your household gets flu-like symptoms with e.g. cough, shortness of breath and fever prior to the move-out inspection.
