Procedure in order to install electricity for chandelier and other lamps in my new apartment ?

  You may not make any new installations regarding electricity.
  
  You´re welcome to set up your chandelier and other lamps i your apartment. Remember to only drill in the concrete and not in any wooden frame.
  
  When in time, if and when you move out again you´ll have to bring the apartment back to the standard it is now - so pay attention to how many drill holes you will make.
  Always use the correct drilling tool when you set up your lamps. We recommend that you use a new concrete drill bit when drilling in walls and ceiling.
  
  You´re not allowed to drill in the tiles in the bathroom, and do not drill in any vertical line around the power outlet as the cables is behind.
  
  Remember to pay attention to your neighbors when drilling as it make some noise.
